Crestpoint Psych Services provides evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy for adults via secure telehealth within the state of Colorado. We welcome referrals from primary care providers, medical specialists, and allied professionals seeking timely, ethical, and clinically rigorous mental health care for their patients.

Clinical Presentations Accepted
We provide psychotherapy and diagnostic support for adults presenting with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to:

Trauma and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Complex trauma and adverse life experiences

Anxiety disorders, stress-related conditions, and adjustment difficulties

Mood disorders, including depression and bipolar spectrum disorders

ADHD and executive functioning difficulties

Grief, loss, and major life transitions

Personality and relational patterns

Occupational stress, burnout, and high-stress professions

First responders and other trauma-exposed professionals

Identity-related concerns and women’s mental health
If a patient’s needs fall outside our scope of practice, appropriate referrals will be recommended.

Therapeutic Approaches

Treatment is individualized and grounded in evidence-based practice. Interventions may include:

Clinical recommendations are tailored based on presentation, goals, and clinical complexity.
Referral Process
A referral is not required for patients to access services at Crestpoint Psych Services. Patients may self-refer directly.
Crestpoint Psych Services operates as a private, self-pay practice and does not participate with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation, motor vehicle accident claims, or legal/forensic referrals.
Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service.
Upon patient consent, coordination of care and communication with referring providers may occur when clinically appropriate.
Access, Availability, and Format of Care

Services are provided via telehealth only to adults located in Colorado.

Appointments are available during standard business hours.

Limited early morning availability may be offered, depending on the clinician's schedule.

We are not a crisis or emergency service.
If a patient requires urgent or higher-level care, appropriate emergency or crisis resources should be utilized.

Important Notes for Referring Providers

We do not provide emergency or crisis services.

We do not accept legal, forensic, Workers’ Compensation, or motor vehicle accident referrals.

Clients are not billed through insurance or government programs.

Services are outpatient psychotherapy only.
Clinical Communication and Coordination

With appropriate authorization, we are able to:

Provide brief clinical updates when indicated.

Coordinate care with medical providers.
-
Support continuity of care and treatment planning.
